Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 750g frozen cauliflower florets
  • 150ml cream
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 small red chili
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 150g grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat (fan) oven to 200°C.
  2. Cover cauliflower with boiled water for a few minutes.
  3. Finely chop garlic and chili.
  4. Add garlic, chili, salt, pepper, and nutmeg to cream.
  5. Drain cauliflower and roughly chop into bite-sized chunks.
  6. Place cauliflower in quiche form (or similar oven-proof flat cookware).
  7. Pour over sauce.
  8. Cover with grated cheese.
  9. Place in oven for 30min.
