Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 750g frozen cauliflower florets
- 150ml cream
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 small red chili
- salt
- pepper
- nutmeg
- 150g grated cheese
Instructions
- Preheat (fan) oven to 200°C.
- Cover cauliflower with boiled water for a few minutes.
- Finely chop garlic and chili.
- Add garlic, chili, salt, pepper, and nutmeg to cream.
- Drain cauliflower and roughly chop into bite-sized chunks.
- Place cauliflower in quiche form (or similar oven-proof flat cookware).
- Pour over sauce.
- Cover with grated cheese.
- Place in oven for 30min.
